Please note:
These are housekeeping cottages. No linens are supplied. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm your reservation. Balance is due 14 days prior to arrival date. Boat slip is included in the weekly rates only. Rates are based on occupancy of 4 persons. $250 damage deposit is required when booking, refunded 7 days after departure. Reservations allow for 1 vehicle per cottage, extra vehicle charges $10/day will apply. wifi at each cottage.

6 person family maximum per site or 4 adults over 18. Extra vehicle charges $10/day per site. Check in 2pm - Check out 12pm.
A non-refundable reservation fee of 100% required at time of booking. There is a 3 night minimum stay weekday/weekends. Military/veterans discount with ID.
